This means that several of Philo's and Josephus' works (which have more than 219 sections) are difficult to navigate. The verses are there, but one must scroll to them. (Many thanks to Jérôme Moreau for pointing this out.) I've posted a message to the PalmBible+ forum. (Rashi stands for Rabbi Shlomo ben Itzhak - a Jewish scholar from France [AD 1040-1105]). The commentary scrolls with the version of the Torah included. There are embedded Hebrew texts within the commentary, so a font-hack is necessary (according to the website)... I have not tested the commentary thoroughly, but it looks interesting, and the page is not linked elswhere.
