Rashi in English for PB+

A few years ago I came across this website that offered an English translation of Rashi's commentary on the Torah. (Rashi stands for Rabbi Shlomo ben Itzhak - a Jewish scholar from France [AD 1040-1105]). The commentary scrolls with the version of the Torah included. There are embedded Hebrew texts within the commentary, so a font-hack is necessary (according to the website)...
